t64 Japan SHINKANSEN

indeed!!

one of the reason for me to come all the way to japan is to 'feel' the shinkansen again.  this time i record it in video so that feeling can be reenacted over and over again.

we are the society of builders and we are building infrastructures that includes a similar speed train plying KL to Singapore.  so the future Shinkansen will be here!!

oooppss!! the itinerary says that the shinkansen ride is originated from universal studio but in actuality we skipped the universal city visit.  we were a little ambitious to plan to cover two or three activities a day but in reality that's almost impossible.  something has to go so after the osaka castle excursion, we decided to straight away take the shinkansen to kyoto, the second city to visit.

in osaka, shinkansen ride can only be taken at shin osaka station.  if you are on the midosuji line, you only need to continue north bound three station after UMEDA.  we were from Hommachi where there is a midosuji hommachi station so it was quite straight forward. 

the crew members (that's my wife and brothers) didn't seem too excited, not as excited as i was taking the shinkansen.  the reason is obviously on their backs, literally the bags that they carry plus the last food we took was that simple burnt potato we bought in osaka castle park.  yaaa i think this is the real reason la.
still a few more meter to walk than we can look for good food.

so now, all the shinkansen video that i promise.

so now that we are in KYOTO, we need to walk like 600 meter to our hotel, with that luggage of course.  but somehow it was a good shinkansen ride nontheless.
now, to find food!
